Election of Chairman 2017/18 To appoint a chairman for ensuing year

Part 1- Public and Press Present The Chairman will adjourn the meeting to allow questions from members of the public to last no longer than 15 minutes. After questions the Chairman will reconvene the Parish Council meeting.

1.     Minutes To approve the minutes held on 21st March 2017
2.     Election of Vice Chairman 2017/18 To appoint a Vice Chairman for the ensuing year
3.     Parish Councillor Vacancies To approve to appoint new Councillors – Sign Acceptance of Office.
4.     Standing Order amendment – Resolution 36/17 To discuss the amendment to the Standing Orders from the last meeting in response to Cllr M Hodge’s correspondence
5.     Adult Fitness Area To discuss the proposals made at the Annual Parish Meeting – Ms C Hewson
6.     Neighbourhood Plan Members to discuss comments from local resident regarding the implementation of the plan
7.     Footpaths and Trees Report
  • To resolve to accept the report from the Footpath officer. NB footpath meeting with highways 13th June 2017
  • PROW behind Deans Row cottages – to receive a report from Cllr G Morgan.
  • Maintenance of trees on Needham estate – to receive an update from Cllr R Hurst
  • Kissing Gates – Cllr R Hocknell to report.
8.     Land adjacent to the Village Hall The clerk and Cllr R Hurst to update members of meeting with Mr S Barber 4.5.17.
9.     Vandalism in Cranage Residents comments emails circulated
10.  Highways
  • Screening along Oak Tree Lane in relation to comments made at the Annual Parish Meeting – SMART Motorway M6
  • Hermitage Lane – Satnav update
  • Grass verges along Northwich Road – TS
  • Parking on Byley Lane – complaint
  • Speed of traffic – Byley lane and Twemlow Lane as discussed at The Annual Parish Meeting.
